Born on 03-11-1948 in an agricultural family in village chamallamudy, 10 k.m South of Guntur, A.P. Father Yadlapalli Nagaiah, and Mother Y. Ademma. He is the 13th child.

He married his own classmate Kotha Jyothi. He has one Son , one daughter and three grand children.
Studied up to 5th class in his native village, 6th, 7th, class is S.K.Z.P High School, Pachala thatiparru, 8th to 11th classes in Majeti Guravaiah High School, Guntur. Studied P.U.C in Andhra Loyola College, Vijayawada During 1966- 67.

Studied Engineering in Govt. Eng College Kakinada, Andhra University from1967 to 72.
He passed in Electronics & communication with Distinction. Served Electronics Corporation of India from 72 to 81 in R&D. Started Electronic Industry in the name M/s Sirveen Control Systems 1982.
